A nifty little initiative tracker from Tom Martin Art that also lets you keep track of effects on players and NPC's. I am also fond of the spaces to mark people's defenses so I don't have to ask every time I roll an attack on my players.

Here's a neat tip: put the initiative tracker in a clear sheet protector and use a wet erase marker.
